# White ABS Display Box Bodies with CNC-Machined Joints

White ABS sheet was CNC-machined at the joining areas, then bonded to form display box bodies. The angled joints bring the faces together at the corners without leaving the full sheet edge exposed. These bodies are shown in their white, unpainted state with different heights and recessed top channels.

## CNC-machined joints for white ABS display bodies

The main photograph shows three box bodies with different heights and channel layouts. ABS sheet was CNC-cut to the top, side and channel shapes, and the joining areas were machined at an angle. The prepared faces were brought together and bonded to form the box bodies. Depending on the project artwork, the white bodies can receive urethane paint, decorative film or printed surface graphics. Body shape, channel positions, height and quantity are planned around the products and display space. ## Machined channels and joining lines before bonding

This photograph shows the white ABS components laid flat before the box body is made. The outer shapes and channel openings have been cut, and the joining lines have been CNC-machined at an angle. These prepared areas guide the meeting of the top and side faces during adhesive bonding. The view records the flat component stage behind the three-dimensional bodies in the main image.

## Finished ABS cubes with colour and graphics

This separate example shows ABS cubes finished in grey, white, pink and black, with graphics on individual faces. The rectangular bodies have different surface colours and printed faces. It illustrates a finished graphic application alongside the unpainted, recessed-channel bodies shown above.
