# Custom White Rubber Logo Display | 100T Hand-Cut Letters

This white rubber logo stand was made from 100T rubber and clear acrylic using a hand-cutting process. The front faces combine PVC foam board and white film, while the finished letters are mounted in opposite directions on both sides of a clear acrylic center panel. The display was produced for event spaces and retail presentation.

## 100T White Rubber and Clear Acrylic Logo Stand Construction

Multiple dimensional letters were hand-cut from 100T white rubber. PVC foam board was attached to the front of each rubber letter and finished with white film. The completed letters were arranged in opposite directions on both sides of a clear acrylic center panel. The materials in this project are 100T rubber and clear acrylic, and the primary process is manual cutting. The construction combines the front-facing PVC foam board and white film with the double-sided acrylic arrangement. Possible variations shown by this production method include rubber thickness, front material, surface color, and freestanding or wall-mounted placement.

## Hand-Cutting 100T White Rubber Dimensional Letters

Rubber letters up to 50T are cut by CNC, while thicker specifications are shaped manually with a cutting machine. For this project, 100T white rubber was hand-cut to follow the outer contours of the artwork. The photograph shows the thickness of the letters and their placement on both sides of the clear acrylic center panel from the reverse side.

## Black Rubber with Glossy Printed Front Graphics

In another application, black rubber was used as the base for the dimensional letters. Gloss-laminated printed graphics were applied to the front and the letters were mounted on a clear acrylic panel. The photograph shows a stand where the black sides and colored front faces can be viewed together.

## Selecting Rubber Color, Front Material, and Mounting Style

The rubber base can be white or black. The front can use film, paint, mirror aluminum, acrylic, or other colors and materials shown in the examples. Finished dimensional letters can be produced as a freestanding display or for wall mounting, depending on their intended use.
