# Foam PVC Promotional Board with Mounted Offset Print and a Die-Cut Outline

This promotional board is made by mounting an offset print on a foam PVC base, then cutting the outline with a die. It is an unlit board for retail promotions and point-of-purchase information.

## Offset-printed graphics mounted on foam PVC

The main photograph shows a green and white printed face divided into several information areas. Rounded corners and leaf-shaped extensions are incorporated into the outer shape. The offset print is mounted to the foam PVC before the outline is die cut.

## Printed scenic shapes cut by CNC

This related display uses printed graphics followed by CNC contour cutting. Tree, mountain and character shapes are arranged into a scene, with turquoise and white areas outlined in dark lines. The photograph shows the finished scenic display standing on a workbench.

This example uses its own print-and-CNC sequence; the main promotional board uses mounted offset print and a cutting die.

These safety signs are a separate example of latex flatbed printing on foam PVC, followed by multi-cutter finishing. The photograph shows rectangular boards stacked by design, with different colours and pictograms across the printed faces.
