UV-Printed 5mm Clear Polycarbonate Panels with CNC-Cut Outlines
Plant-inspired artwork is UV-printed on one side of 5mm clear polycarbonate, then CNC-cut with a transparent border around the graphics. Separate acrylic examples show a fine white lace pattern and colourful circular illustrations.
These background display panels use 5mm clear polycarbonate (PC). Plant-inspired graphics are UV-printed on one side, then the outlines are cut by CNC, leaving a transparent border around the printed shapes.
Printed plant shapes with clear borders
The main workshop photograph shows the cut panels and stand parts laid out on the bench. Some parts still carry blue protective tape. The panels form a standing display for shop visual merchandising, photo areas and exhibition booths. Artwork, panel outlines and stand configuration can be adapted to the intended layout.
Related examples include the colour-finished acrylic signboard and UV-printed acrylic partition nameplate.
A separate fine lace pattern on clear acrylic
This shaped acrylic panel carries a fine white lace-like pattern and dark lettering applied by UV printing. The close photograph shows the printed mesh detail across the transparent sheet. The lace appearance is part of the printed design.
A separate illustration print on translucent acrylic
Colourful circular illustrations are UV-printed onto translucent acrylic in this example. The close view shows the boundaries between colours and the printed areas against the surrounding surface.
