ABS Cube Displays with CNC Machining and UV Printing
ABS sheet parts are CNC machined, bonded and painted to form display cubes. Gray, white and pink finishes carry UV-printed text and icons on individual faces.
These ABS display cubes are made by CNC machining sheet outlines, recesses and joint edges, then bonding the faces together. Gray, white and pink painted surfaces carry UV-printed text and icons for store, pop-up and exhibition displays.
Painted ABS Cubes with UV-Printed Faces
The main photograph shows finished cubes of different sizes arranged with clear acrylic supports. Their top and side faces carry white or black text and icons. The cube dimensions, paint colors, graphics for each face and display orientation can be discussed for the intended space. A related fabrication example is the white ABS CNC display box.
CNC-Machined White ABS Sheet Parts
The first detail photograph shows flat white ABS parts on a workbench. Their outlines and rectangular openings have been cut, and straight machined lines mark the junctions between faces. The flat pieces make the opening positions and different outer shapes visible before bonding.
Bonded ABS Faces and Recessed Bodies
The second photograph shows two white ABS bodies of different sizes. Rectangular recesses run across the top and extend into the sides. The bonded joints and white inner faces remain visible before the paint and printing stages. This view shows how the machined sheet parts form a three-dimensional display body.
Cube Arrangement at Different Heights
The third photograph shows gray, white and pink cubes arranged on white and clear supports. Their heights and orientations vary, exposing graphics on several faces. The grouping brings the painted colors and UV-printed text and icons into one display.
Painted Handle-Shaped ABS Parts
The final photograph shows another ABS fabrication format: gray square bases with black handle-shaped sections. Beside them are parts with silver-colored top faces bearing black text and QR patterns. The image shows a different use of shaped ABS parts, painting and surface printing.
