Coloured Acrylic Display Boxes with 45° Joints and Fomex Bases
Blue and red acrylic display boxes with 45° bonded edges and a white Fomex base, plus transparent coloured stands, graphic panels and painted product displays.
Blue and red acrylic panels were cut at 45° along their joining edges and bonded into low display boxes. A white Fomex base sits beneath them, and the separate pieces can be placed above one another or side by side to vary the display arrangement.
Coloured acrylic boxes with 45° bonded joints
The main photograph shows a blue box above a red box and white Fomex base. The joining edges of the acrylic top and side panels were cut at 45°, brought together and bonded to form each low box. The white base separates the coloured boxes from the surface below. Arranging the pieces at different heights or alongside one another provides distinct surfaces for retail products.
Blue and red boxes with the white base
This photograph shows the blue box placed separately in front of the red box and white Fomex base. It gives another view of the low box shapes and the angled bonded edges. The separated arrangement makes the individual coloured boxes and lower base easier to distinguish.
Tall stands in transparent coloured acrylic
This separate example uses transparent coloured acrylic to make independent tall box stands. Purple, yellow, green and orange tones are visible across the panels, with the workshop surroundings showing through them. These taller forms stand without the white Fomex base used in the main example.
Transparent blue boxes with graphic panels
Transparent blue acrylic boxes are combined with yellow graphic panels in this example. The photograph shows boxes in different proportions and horizontal openings in the panels. The coloured transparent material and added graphics distinguish this construction from the plain blue and red display surfaces in the main photograph.
Painted stand with a rear panel and clear shelf
A tall urethane-painted stand supports a broad rear panel and a clear shelf. Product boxes are displayed on the shelf and the surface below, creating more than one display height. This example records a painted fixture with shelving, separate from the low coloured acrylic boxes.
Pink painted acrylic with recessed product holders
This display was made from opaque white acrylic and finished with pink urethane paint. Several recessed product holders and a clear covered section are incorporated into the top area. The fitted recesses define the product positions within a single display surface.
