Foam PVC Product Display with Reverse-Printed Clear Acrylic

A CNC-cut foam PVC frame supports a product platform and upright backboard, finished with reverse-printed clear acrylic. A second example uses applied graphics on black acrylic.

This countertop product display combines a CNC-cut foam PVC frame with a horizontal platform and upright backboard. Clear acrylic panels follow the shapes of the frame and carry graphics on their reverse sides. The platform provides space for products while the backboard carries information behind them.

Foam PVC Frame and Reverse-Printed Clear Acrylic

Gray line graphics appear across the white backboard, while black and red text is positioned on the front face. The foam PVC frame parts are CNC cut and joined to connect the base and backboard. Clear acrylic is laser cut to the panel outlines and finished with reverse-side printing. Platform dimensions, backboard shape and graphic coverage can be specified for a shop counter or event table. The detail photograph shows a separate black acrylic display with a horizontal product shelf and upright backboard. Two white information panels sit side by side on the backboard, containing product illustrations and diagrams. White lettering and graphics also appear on the sloping front face. Here, printed material is attached to the black acrylic surface; it is a different finish from the clear acrylic reverse printing used in the main example. The open shelf and backboard bring the product placement area and information panel into one tabletop fixture.
