Pastel and mirror acrylic over faceted frames
PVC foam board forms the faceted frames, with acrylic panels attached to the outer faces. Clear acrylic is painted on the reverse side to create the pastel colours, while mirror acrylic provides the reflective faces. Mirror acrylic panels fitted to the angled faces
Silver mirror panels follow the angled outer faces of the frame. Separate cut pieces of different widths are laid across the top while their positions are checked.
Finished pastel and reflective surfaces
The four finished forms range from low, broad shapes to tall, narrow ones. Pastel colours, silver reflections and translucent lettering give each piece a distinct visual appearance.
