Custom Pastel Acrylic Cosmetic Display | CNC-Angled Base

A custom cosmetic display made from opaque white and clear acrylic, with 30° and 45° CNC-machined joints, 10 mm product recesses, and pastel printed graphics.

Finished pastel acrylic cosmetic displays with angled opaque white bases, clear acrylic back panels, printed graphics, and recessed product holders
Pastel acrylic cosmetic displays combining CNC-angled joints, laser-cut openings, 10 mm recesses, and printed graphics

This custom cosmetic display combines an opaque white acrylic base with a laser-cut clear acrylic back panel. The bonding edges of the base were CNC-machined at 30° and 45° before assembly. Circular and rectangular product positions were laser cut, then backed with 10T acrylic to form 10 mm-deep recesses. Printed adhesive graphics cover the base, while printed PET film was applied to the reverse of the clear back panel.

CNC-Angled Joints and Printed Graphics for a Pastel Acrylic Cosmetic Display

The finished display uses an opaque white acrylic base and a clear vertical back panel. CNC-machined 30° and 45° bonding edges create both angled and straight base forms. Product positions were laser cut in circular and rectangular shapes, with 10T acrylic added underneath to create 10 mm-deep holders. Pastel adhesive graphics were applied to the base. For the back panel, clear adhesive film was laminated over the printed side of PET film before the print was mounted behind the laser-cut clear acrylic. The colors and recess arrangements were varied for the products shown.

These are the opaque white acrylic sheets and side parts before bonding. The joining edges were CNC-machined at 30° and 45° to suit the angled and straight base structures. The photograph shows the machined edges and the individual parts before assembly.

Laser-Cut Product Positions and Bonded Base Assembly

This detail shows the bonded base after the opaque white acrylic edges were angle-machined. Circular openings and long slots were arranged in different positions and quantities for the product layout, and bases with different heights and slopes were produced together.

10T Acrylic Added for 10 mm-Deep Product Recesses

Circular and rectangular positions were laser cut into the top panel, then backed with 10T acrylic. Here, 10T and 10 mm refer to the same recess depth, allowing the products to stand inside the holders instead of resting only on the surface.

Printed Adhesive Graphics and Reverse-Mounted PET Film

Pastel graphics for each product group were printed on adhesive media and applied to the finished bases. For the vertical panels, clear adhesive film was laminated to the printed face of PET film, which was then mounted behind the laser-cut clear acrylic. Brand names and product wording visible in the photograph are not reproduced in this description.
