Custom PVC Foam Board Safety Signs | Latex Flatbed Printing
Custom safety and wayfinding signs made by latex flatbed printing directly on PVC foam board and cutting each board to its finished outline.
These safety signs were made from print-grade PVC foam board using latex flatbed printing and multi-cut finishing. Warning, caution, information, and wayfinding graphics were printed directly onto the board surface. Each sign was then cut to its finished outline and grouped by artwork and size.
Direct Latex Printing and Multi-Cut PVC Foam Board Signs
Text, colors, and pictograms for warning, caution, and information graphics were printed directly onto print-grade PVC foam board with a latex flatbed printer. After printing, each board was cut to the finished outline of its sign. The photograph shows a group of safety signs produced in multiple designs and sizes. This construction can be used for warning and caution signs, indoor information, wayfinding signs, and exterior safety boards. Finished size, quantity, artwork, and outer shape can be changed for the project.
Multi-Cut Finishing and Grouped Production by Artwork
After latex flatbed printing, each PVC foam board was cut to the rectangular outline of its safety sign. Because the warning and caution graphics use different designs and sizes, the completed pieces were sorted and stacked by finished format. The photograph shows the cut edges and grouped production state.
Printed Colors, Text, and Safety Pictograms
Warning text, pictograms, and background colors were printed directly onto the PVC foam board surface. The same printing and cutting process can produce warning and caution signs together with information and wayfinding signs. The photograph shows printed faces with different colors and graphic designs.
