This foam PVC sign combines CNC-cut letter openings, a grey pearl decorative film finish and a printed background. The face panel is spaced above the background on a foam PVC base box, allowing the blue and white areas to show through the letters.
Letter openings over a printed background
Blue and white printed graphics are attached to the foam PVC base box. The upper foam PVC panel has CNC-cut letter openings and a grey pearl film applied to its surface. The gap between the two layers makes both the background colour and the difference in depth visible through the openings.

The letter shapes are cut through the foam PVC face panel by CNC. Grey pearl decorative film covers the face, separating it visually from the printed background. This angled photograph shows the openings, their inner edges and the space above the blue and white layer.
