Foam PVC Robot Soccer Fields and Driving Courses
CNC-cut foam PVC bases and white perimeter boards form custom robot soccer fields. Printed green field graphics and black driving-course layouts show different configurations.
These robot soccer fields combine CNC-cut foam PVC bases, white perimeter boards and printed green pitch graphics. The boards and goal-area parts define the playing area around the printed field. The photographs also show black straight-course layouts made with the same type of board construction.
CNC-Cut Foam PVC and Printed Pitch Graphics
The main photograph shows a green striped field with a center line, center circle and marked goal areas. White foam PVC boards run around the perimeter, leaving openings at the goal positions. The base and side-board shapes are CNC cut, and the printed field graphic is applied to the base. Overall field dimensions and the board arrangement are defined around the intended indoor robot activity. For another foam PVC structure, see the product display stand.

Field Sections with White Perimeter Boards
The first detail photograph shows separate green field sections placed at different angles on the workbench. Their printed goal-area markings and white perimeter boards are visible. Long side boards and shorter end pieces follow the edges of each section, with openings at the goal areas.

Prepared Foam PVC Goal Parts
The next photograph shows white goal housings and a flat sheet part laid out on the green field. The goal parts have a recessed shape with a base, rear wall and side pieces. CNC-cut foam PVC parts are joined to form these sections before they are positioned at the field ends.

Black Straight-Course Graphics
The black course uses a white straight center line and cross lines, with red-and-white graphics along the edges. White perimeter boards frame the printed surface. This version changes the base graphic and line layout to define a straight driving area.
Green Field and Black Course Sections
Several field and course panels are shown together, with some resting over one another. Green striped surfaces and black panels with white lines use different printed layouts on foam PVC bases. The white board construction remains visible around the panel edges.

Perimeter Boards around the Goal Recess
The final photograph shows one end of a green field with an outward-projecting goal recess. Long perimeter boards meet shorter pieces around the goal area, following the printed pitch layout. The view shows how the base, side boards and goal recess form the field edge.
