Contour-cut snail character display
The first example has a pink body and a yellow shell. Printed artwork is mounted on 5 mm Fomex and contour-cut to follow the snail's outline. The lower part is prepared so the character can stand upright.
An indoor sign with raised acrylic lettering
The red indoor sign uses printed graphics applied to the front of a Fomex board. White cut-out acrylic letters are attached to the face to create raised lettering.
Wall graphics on 1 mm Fomex
The wall-display example combines colourful circular graphics with a blue background. Printed graphics are applied to 1 mm Fomex, and the finished panel is laid out on the workbench before installation.
CNC-cut freestanding character displays
The final photograph shows several colourful character-shaped panels together on a workbench. Printed graphics are applied to white Fomex before CNC cutting, with supports at the bottom for freestanding display.
