Gold Mirror Acrylic Light Panel with Bonded Acrylic Rods

This illuminated display panel combines gold mirror acrylic, clear polycarbonate and acrylic rods. Holes are laser cut in the gold mirror, clear polycarbonate is attached beneath it, and the rods are fitted through the holes and bonded to the lower clear panel.
Acrylic rods fitted through a gold mirror face
The main photograph shows the panel lit, with bright rod ends reflected in the gold mirror surface. The holes locate the acrylic rods across the face, while the clear polycarbonate underneath provides the surface to which the rods are bonded.

Circular and faceted gold mirror objects
This related display uses laser-processed gold mirror acrylic in circular and faceted forms. The photograph shows circles and geometric objects arranged at different heights on vertical supports in the workshop.
External light and the surrounding scene reflect in the mirror faces. The circles and angled surfaces show those reflections in different shapes.
A bronze mirror within a pink circular rim
This related circular structure uses a bronze mirror surface within a pink outer rim. The photograph shows the coloured reflection and the room lighting reflected on the mirror. The bronze tone and pink surround create a different colour combination from the gold mirror objects.
