Steel DJ Booth with UV-Printed Polycarbonate and LED Lighting
A hinged steel DJ booth combines welded square-tube frames, UV-printed light-diffusing polycarbonate and LEDs. Separate acrylic-cube and hanji-paper lighting examples follow.
This DJ booth uses steel frames, UV-printed light-diffusing polycarbonate panels and LED lighting. Welded galvanized square-tube sections are joined with hinges and arranged in a hexagonal layout for an event or exhibition space.
Illuminated panels around a steel DJ booth
The main photograph shows the installed booth with its LED lighting switched on. Separate framed panels form the front and sides, bringing the printed graphics and illuminated surfaces around the DJ position. The workshop photographs below show the printed panels and the frame before those panels are fitted.
For a smaller illuminated fixture, see the acrylic LED bottle display.
UV-printed light-diffusing polycarbonate panels
The workshop photograph shows the same DJ booth with printed panels fitted between the black steel frame members. UV printing places the graphics on the light-diffusing polycarbonate surfaces. In the installed photograph, internal LEDs illuminate these panels.

Welded square-tube frames joined with hinges
Galvanized square tubing is welded into separate frame sections, which are connected with hinges. A black powder-coated finish covers the frame. Before the panels are fitted, the photograph shows how the sections change direction at the hinges to form the booth layout.

A separate application using moulded acrylic cubes
This separate lighting example uses acrylic formed into cubes with rounded corners and fitted with internal LEDs. Cubes of different sizes are stacked as a lighting display for a stage setting. The workshop photograph shows turquoise and pale green illumination.

A separate wooden-frame and hanji lighting structure
This lighting structure combines wooden frames with attached hanji, a Korean paper, and LEDs inside. Light from the lower section illuminates the paper surface, while the horizontal and vertical frame members remain visible. The workshop photograph shows both paper-covered surfaces and exposed sections of the wooden frame.

Discuss an illuminated event display
Share the finished size, quantity, intended use and artwork or reference design. For a DJ booth, include the desired panel graphics, number and arrangement of faces, and frame layout so the structure and illuminated surfaces can be considered together. Discuss your project.
