Oversized Acrylic Cartridge Display Models with Printed Labels
Acrylic tubes, white acrylic tops and lathe-turned MC nylon nozzles form oversized cartridge models. Laminated printed labels give the two display pieces different graphics.
These oversized cartridge models use acrylic tube bodies, white acrylic tops and MC nylon nozzles. CNC machining, laser cutting, lathe turning and printed label finishing create the cylindrical product forms for pop-up exhibitions and shop displays.
Acrylic Bodies with Two Label Designs
The main photograph shows two completed models with different printed graphics around their cylindrical bodies. White acrylic top pieces connect the tube bodies to the MC nylon nozzles. Acrylic Tube Bodies Before Label Finishing
Acrylic tubes form the cylindrical bodies. White acrylic is CNC-machined and laser-cut to make the top pieces, which are joined to the bodies and nozzles. The photograph shows two white models before the printed labels are attached, making the proportions and connections visible.
Lathe-Turned MC Nylon Nozzles
The MC nylon nozzle has repeated threads, a conical end and a circular step beneath the threaded section. Lathe turning forms these details. The close-up shows the machined surface and the stepped area that meets the acrylic top.

Laminated Printed Labels Around the Bodies
The label graphics are printed, laminated and then attached around the acrylic tube bodies. A white circular top and the turned nozzle remain visible above each label. This photograph shows where the finished body meets the top. More related work appears in custom acrylic display stands.
