These display boxes and trays are made from 5 mm Astel acrylic sheet using laser and CNC cutting. The mating faces are CNC-machined at 45 degrees and bonded without bubbles. Exposed cut faces are polished. Orange, pink, purple and clear versions vary in height and compartment layout.

The main photograph brings together tall display boxes, shallow boxes and a divided tray. Individual panels are cut by laser or CNC according to their shape. At the box corners, the mating faces are machined to 45 degrees, aligned and bonded. Polishing finishes the exposed cut faces. The orange set includes a tall box with an open front, a lower open-top box and a shallow tray with internal dividers. All use the same 5 mm Astel acrylic, laser and CNC fabrication, and bonded 45-degree mating faces. Varying the height, footprint and compartment arrangement creates separate spaces for different display items.
