Foam PVC Gift-Box Displays with Pink Graphics and Ribbon Decorations
Two sizes of gift-box display made from 5 mm foam PVC, with 45-degree bevelled joints, bonded panels, matte pink printed graphics and separate diagonal ribbon decorations.
These gift-box display props are made from 5 mm foam PVC for shop displays, events and photography spaces. The panel joints are bevelled to 45 degrees and bonded, then finished with matte pink printed graphics and separately made ribbon decorations.
Bonded white boxes with pink printed fronts
Two different box sizes were made by aligning and bonding the bevelled panel faces. Matte pink prints were applied to the fronts of the white boxes, followed by diagonal ribbon-shaped decorations. The photograph shows the white sides, patterned front graphics and difference in scale between the two pieces.
The finished size, artwork, ribbon shape and quantity can be considered for the intended display. A related printing example is the foam PVC safety sign.

Depth between the front graphic and box body
The front and base structure are set at different levels to give the display depth. In this angled photograph, the printed front, the white box body and the diagonal ribbon decorations can be seen together. The white sides make the thickness of the overall box form visible.
The 45-degree joint faces before bonding
The foam PVC panels are laid out flat before bonding. Bevelled faces are visible on the central panel and surrounding pieces. These 45-degree surfaces meet when the panels are bonded to form the box corners.
Printed graphics applied after the box is bonded
This related example uses the same sequence of bevelled joints and bonding, followed by the application of black printed graphics. The front and side faces show the resulting rectangular box form and its printed surface.
