Hexagonal LED DJ Booth with Graphic Diffuser Panels

A welded square-tube frame holds light-diffusing polycarbonate graphic panels. Vertical lights and LEDs along the frame form this freestanding DJ booth.

This freestanding DJ booth uses a square-tube frame welded into a hexagonal layout. Graphic panels made from light-diffusing polycarbonate (PC) are fastened to its faces, with vertical lights and LEDs along the frame.

Welded Frame, Graphic Panels and LED Lighting

The main photograph shows a black frame with blue graphic panels and bright vertical light lines. Colored LEDs continue along the upper rails and posts. The frame, PC panels and lighting parts are fitted in sequence to form the booth. The graphics and lighting positions on each face can be discussed for an event or performance space. A related lighting construction is the Fomex LED display.

Hexagonal Square-Tube Frame and Panel Tabs

The first detail photograph shows the frame before the panels and lights are added. Upper and lower rails connect the vertical posts, and feet extend to the floor. Small tabs mark the panel attachment positions. This open view makes the overall frame shape and its individual mounting areas visible.

Fastening the Graphic PC Panels

The second photograph shows two graphic panels attached to adjacent frame faces. Round fittings secure the corners, while the remaining open faces reveal the square-tube structure. The view shows the panel positions and fastening details before the completed lighting setup.
