Custom Hot-Pink Paint Using Pantone 213 C as the Color Reference
Pink and magenta pigments were combined for a custom hot-pink finish using a Pantone 213 C chip as the reference. Photos show the painted components, color chip and pigments.
This custom hot-pink paint was prepared using a Pantone 213 C color chip as the reference. Pink and magenta pigments were combined with an acetone thinner. The photographs connect the reference chip and pigment materials with the finished color on panel-shaped components.
Custom Hot-Pink Finish on Panel Components
The main photograph shows vivid hot-pink panel-shaped components beside a bent metal tube. The broad faces and visible sides carry the custom color. This case presents paint preparation for components used in retail displays, event structures and indoor signs. For a different painted finish, see the matte-black foam PVC illuminated display.
The Pantone 213 C Reference Chip
The first detail photograph shows a hot-pink chip labeled Pantone 213 C. It records the color reference used for the paint preparation. The chip and the finished component surfaces provide the basis for discussing the intended color and the areas to be painted.

Packaged Pink Pigment
The second photograph shows vivid pink pigment inside a transparent plastic bag. This is the color material before application to the components. Pink and magenta pigments were used to prepare the hot-pink paint with Pantone 213 C as the reference.
Pink Pigment Powder Detail
The final photograph looks inside the packaging, where fine powder and small clumps of pink pigment are visible. It shows the material used in preparing the color seen on the finished components in the main photograph.
