CNC-Cut PVC Foam Board Letters and Layered Signs
White PVC foam board is CNC-cut into individual letters, numerals and borders. Two applications show raised white details on coloured bases, and a film-finished front panel with cut-out lettering over a blue backing.
CNC cutting separates letter outlines and internal openings from white PVC foam board sheets. The finished shapes can be used as individual raised letters or combined with borders and base panels to make layered signs.
Individual letters and numerals cut from white board
The main photograph shows the separate cut shapes laid out on a workshop bench for inspection. Their strokes and sizes vary with the artwork. Letter design, finished dimensions, film finish, base panel and backing colour can be selected for the project.

Raised white details on coloured sign bases
CNC-cut white PVC foam board borders and letters are attached to coloured base panels. The height difference between the base and the attached pieces gives the front its dimensional appearance. The photograph shows two finished signs, one with a blue base and one with a brown base.

Cut-out lettering with a blue backing
An interior film finish is applied to the front panel before the letter shapes are CNC-cut. A coloured panel sits behind it so the backing colour appears through the openings. The workshop photograph shows the dark grey front surface overlapping a blue panel.
